1. Agreement
By accessing or using Dawacore, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
We may update these terms; the date at the top will reflect changes. Material changes may be announced on the site where appropriate.
2. The service
Dawacore offers tools to request, track, and (where applicable) preview websites intended for Islamic da'wa and teaching. Features may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Decisions may be made at our discretion, in line with our mission and capacity.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your session and for keeping private links (e.g. request status URLs) confidential.
Administrative or demo features may not constitute full authentication; do not treat them as enterprise-grade access control without additional security.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. Without limitation, you must not:
- Violate applicable law or infringe others’ rights.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt infrastructure.
- Harass staff or other users, or submit fraudulent requests.
- Use the service to promote violence, hatred, or illegal content.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a licence to use that content to operate, review, and deliver the service.
The Dawacore name, logo, UI, and software are protected. Do not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with our permission.
6. Third-party services
The site may link to or integrate third parties (hosting, APIs, fonts). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for claims relating to the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred euros (€100) or (b) amounts you paid us for the service in that period, if any. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dawacore and its operators against claims arising from your content, your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal risk, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction you designate for your deployed service, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country require otherwise. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions.
